If Republicans don't like TEA or other candidates, stay home on election day, same as a vote for Pres Obama?

If the Republicans just fight among themselves about Social Issues and if they can't find the 'perfect' candidate to please everyone, will they just stay home? Will that have the effect of casting their vote for President Obama? or whomever runs for the Democrats in 2012?
