Soo...is Howie Mandel Stefano Langone's dad?

Was that bald guy on American Idol a few days ago who talking about his show "Mobbed"on FOX - Stefano Langone's dad? I'm so confused...he was like "I'm so proud of my boy, and you should be so proud of your boy (to the other bald guy sitting next to him)" What?? Which bald guy is his dad? If Stefano is Howie Mandel's son, then I guess that's not really fair, cuz his dad's already in showbiz, specifically on the network FOX that HOSTS American Idol...???
