Ways To Get Rid Of Spots..Please Help!!?

Ok im 19 years old and i have suffered from getting spots for as long as i can remember i have been to the doctors they have giving me tablets and ointment but that still hasn't worked i have tried everything i am on the pill cilest and if anything that has made my skin worse is there anything else i could try this is really getting me down..x
