Pregnant have concerns?

Okay so I experiencing pain in my vagina one night while my boyfriend & I attempted to have sex thinking I was sore we passed it off & just went to bed the next day it still hurt just as bad later that day it hurt to sit on hard surfaces then I started feeling sick like I had come down with the flu. My mom made me an appointment & I went in the next day which that day I had noticed bumps inside my labium minor small & white no pain but my vagina was really itchy raw & hurt to touch. The doctor said I had a yeast infection but had to do a culture on my bumps he said it could be herpes but didn't look exactly like it. He gave me a pill to take for the yeast infection & ointment called zovirax for the bumps (prescribed for herpes) two days later everything was gone? Except I still have this browish pink discharge. What is wrong with me.
