Really need help with new tattoo!?

You should definitely get a professional opinion from, at least, the tattoo artist you got the tattoo artist you went to, to me it sounds like the artist either used way too much ink or the ink isn't taking. I've never heard of using preperation h on a tattoo, I was always told to use a+d ointment.
