What do you do about swollen and cream colored discharge nipples (i have nipple rings)?

My nipples started to hurt this morning i have been in bed all day with a a hang over and when i finally woke up they are REALLY swollen and have a discharge not green but a creamy color....i cleaned then with warm water and soap and but Triple antibiotic ointment on then but i don't know really what to do and im tripping........
