Whats a good makeup to cover eczema?

hi all, i suffer from facial eczema and am struggling to hide it. i use elacon ointment and have it under control but still get dry flakey red patches that i want 2 hide but i find my foundation dries my skin and exagerates flakeynes any ideas?
